McMinnville House

 Acquired by Ledger5  in September 2015, we transformed an outdated home into a cozy wine country bungalow with shiny new floors, doors, countertops, fixtures and paint throughout. The sleek new kitchen boasts all new stainless steel Kenmore appliances and a custom tile backsplash. Outside, Ledger5 removed a dilapidated carport, replaced siding, repaired the fence and landscaped. The McMinnville house was sold in the summer of 2016.
